Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective June 21, 2025 Contact: bymrjones@gmail.com By purchasing any product or service from MR JONES, you agree to the following terms and conditions. GENERAL (Applies to All Offers) All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. There are no partial payments, split payments, or payment plans unless clearly stated. All sales are final. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your original booking or purchase by emailing bymrjones@gmail.com. If your cancellation request is not received via email within that 24-hour window, no refunds or cancellations will be granted. Cancellations are not accepted via social media, text, or DM. All official communication regarding orders, cancellations, or support must be submitted via bymrjones@gmail.com. You are responsible for reviewing all product details prior to purchase and submitting required materials or forms on time. All products and content are the intellectual property of MR JONES and may not be resold, copied, or redistributed. MENTORSHIP (DONE-WITH-YOU) All mentorship calls must be booked in advance. Rescheduling is allowed only via email with at least 72 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Mentorship sessions must be used within the time period specified. You may cancel a mentorship package within 24 hours of your original booking by emailing bymrjones@gmail.com. After that period, all sales are final and non-refundable. Your results will depend on your consistency, effort, and ability to apply what you learn. No outcome is guaranteed. LIABILITY MR JONES is not responsible for business results, missed revenue, or indirect damages. All services and products are tools for support and guidance — not a guarantee of success.
