Cancellation Policy
MR JONES Mentorship Policy Effective Date: 06 June 2025 By booking any mentorship session or bundle with MR JONES, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These protect both you and me, and keep the experience clear, fair, and focused. 1. Digital-Only Services All mentorship offerings are delivered digitally, either via live video call or pre-recorded content (like Loom videos). No physical goods will be provided. 2. No Refunds Due to the personalized and time-based nature of this work, all sales are final. Once a session is booked or content is delivered, no refunds will be issued. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens — but if you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll notify you with as much notice as possible. 4. Intellectual Property & Usage All tools, strategies, frameworks, and ideas shared in mentorship are the intellectual property of MR JONES. You are granted personal use for your own business only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or teach any part of these materials without written permission. 5. Confidentiality Anything shared with me during mentorship is confidential. Your ideas, concepts, or strategy will never be disclosed or reused. I expect the same respect in return. 6. Results Disclaimer I’m here to guide and support with over 15+ years of brand and creative direction experience — but your success depends on your execution. I do not promise or guarantee results. These sessions are for mentorship and guidance only. 7. Right to Refuse I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a mentorship session if a client is disrespectful, dishonest, misaligned, or violates these terms. In that case, no refund will be given. 8. Communication Boundaries Mentorship includes the time stated per session only. Additional feedback or support outside of the session (via email or DMs) is not included unless previously agreed upon or part of a package. Have questions? Reach out before you book.
